You can now try out the reworked event, exit and map editor in version 0.5.4:

Note: The event command editor is not available in this version because it is currently under massive construction ;)
Cool, looking forward to checking this out! Also, I don't remember if I sent this to you or not, but I started a development blog for the IoG randomizer project. You and your community have been a huge help in getting this project off the ground! All are welcome to follow and/or contribute.

I have a couple questions for your and/or your community. I'll make them separate comments for organizational purposes:
AntwortenLöschen1) Can anybody explain how Dark Spaces work? How does it know which Dark Space allow character transformation, or grant new abilities? I'd love to shuffle those locations throughout the map for the randomizer. Additionally, I would like to introduce a warp mechanic that would allow the player to warp back to South Cape at any time -- figured instead of Gaia asking you after a save if you'd like to continue or not, he could ask you if you wanted to be transported back to South Came (or, more ambitiously, other checkpoint locations that have been unlocked). Anyone have any insights as to whether this is possible?
2) Does anyone know where in RAM the switches are located, and/or have any insight as to how they are handled? I know there are "Set Switch" and "Check Switch" functions that are often called -- knowing where the pointers to these various switches existed would help greatly with my progress.
